  • To expect return telephone calls when important to the case and to understand the attorney in a contingency fee case may charge for excessive telephone calls.

  • To question the attorney's conduct or decisions and accept decisions reasonably explained.
  • To resolve all attorney-client disputes by attorney-client conferences when possible.
